I was thinking about when I started out on my DJ journey. It was quite overwhelming, I had no idea what I was doing, who to connect with, what my brand should be (I didn’t even know what I should be wearing to gigs) and was suffering massively with imposter syndrome.

I asked a few people if they knew anyone that could help me with these challenges and the same name popped up every time – Nancy Lipman (AKA Wing Woman).

I reached out to Nancy in late 2019 and we began a 12 month engagement in early 2020 to help me find my true path in this industry. Nancy has played a pivotal role in my achievements to date and her “stay in your own lane” advice was exactly what I needed to hear back then and it still rings true today. I now play in Ibiza every year, produce my own music, own a record label and DJ school and promote international brands in Australia (all as my side hustle/passion).

My first label release is sitting at #32 in the ARIA Club Charts and the imposter syndrome disappeared a long time ago.
